Hello

I have been around guns since childhood and have enjoyed firearms ownership since I entered law enforcement. Since then, I have learned that there is a big difference between men and women in terms of preferences on carrying firearms, learning styles, body structures affecting the way we shoot, and confidence in working with firearms. Instruction must be customized to the individual. It is this realization that has allowed me to help so many women become safe and skilled gun owners.

I am very proud to say that I had an amazing instructor the very first time I shot a gun. I’m sad to say that I’ve witnessed many more people who could not say the same. My passion is to encourage others to become confident in their shooting by increasing their knowledge, awareness, and skills.

 

I’ve worked in a law enforcement capacity for over 15 years, serving as a firearms instructor, response tactics instructor, mentor, officer, and adjunct instructor at the national level. I am a certified Class K licensed instructor, I am a Firearms Instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, a Certified Range Safety Officer, and a Glock Armorer. Currently, I am completing NRA Instructor qualification.
